Our Client is seeking candidates with 10+ years of strong experience in Bidding & Tendering of Combined Cycle Power Plants.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Experience in Bid Preparation for Substations and Transmission Lines
• Studying of Complete tender Document and Drafting synopsis of Tender
• Preparation of pre-bid queries (Technical Deviations & Commercial Deviations/ comments)
• Detailed BOQ preparation for Costing purpose
• Conduction Site survey & collecting all relevant details.
• Estimation of Quantities and Packaging of Scope
• Evaluating Technical Offers being received from various OEMs and Coordinate for all documentation that is required for Bidding and Negotiation for best prices with OEMs.
• Preparation of Complete Technical proposal in line with requirement stated in Bid Document.
• Preparation of Commercial Bid
• Preparation of Rate analysis / Costing
• Filling, Compiling, Packing, Submission and Opening of Bids
