Principal Accountabilities:

• Directs the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of electrical equipment and provides an efficient electrical maintenance service to operations. 
• Participates in train shutdowns. Includes identifying specific items of equipment requiring maintenance, and assessing resources and material and logistics requirements. 
• Provides technical advice, expertise and support during start-up. Review Maintenance procedures regularly to ensure cost effectiveness and operation efficiency. 
• Evaluates Electrical maintenance needs and priorities. 
• Ensures adequate availability of spare parts, materials, tools and equipment, creates material master requests with necessary information to the engineers for materials ordering. 
• Performs the review of Preventive maintenance program and recommends necessary changes from time to time. 
• Reviews work notifications, work order management and maintains full equipment history in CMMS. 
• Co-ordinates daily with personnel of other disciplines within the division, Operations, and the company supervisors for general maintenance work. 
• Direct and supervises the execution of the electrical minor changes in accordance to company’s standards. 
• Participates in the diagnosis and repair of major faults and breakdowns. 
• Develops standard work packs, method statements and standing instructions for undertaking electrical works in the plant, in line with company’s policies and procedures.

Salary Range:

Tax free & the salary is Negotiable
