Follow up ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems;
Manage the performance of service providers.
Manage and Maintain, operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs;
Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
Monitor and supervise HVAC preventive Maintenance contracts;
Supervise renovation and modification works.
Review service provider invoices and verification of payments.
Conduct weekly meetings with service providers and follow up on pending tasks.
Prepare AD hoc reports as requested by the management.
Respond to emergencies;
Prepare and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken;
Review and understand equipment and methods of operation, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems;
Comply with all health & Safety procedures and requirements;
Meet and coordinate with end-users and follow up on their requirements.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Company, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Company. Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management (corporate offices, premium hospitality projects, high-end commercial or mixed-use properties).
Good communication skill with the ability to compose and explain complex issues concisely to different audiences.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent team working skills, motivated and productive attitude.
Computer literate.
Ability to prioritize and undertake a range of tasks with a positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
