Develop and implement Training & Development programs and plans for all employees within Senaat and administer these training programs.
Skills
Proven experience in administering comprehensive trainings
Existing relationships with key talent-sourcing partners
In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices
Strong conflict resolution / management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements
Masters Degree or Equivalent with Level A&B Psychometric Testing,
HR related certficates are preferred.
5 Plus years experience with atleast 2 years in training and career development postion.
