Job Details

1.    Perform highly specialized expert engineering work in research, design, and preparation of demand side management (DSM) strategy & action Plan in systematic programmed way as may got approved by RSB.

2.    Undertake its further implementation in co-ordination with customers, and would promote the public awareness for DSM measures.

3.    Make the evaluation and analysis of result In terms of energy & water saving, cost benefits, regulatory compliance and environmental impacts.

4.    Possesses the overall responsibility for DSM program planning, technical and economic analysis to ensure program cost effectiveness. Establishes and develops business objectives and plans in order to accomplish these responsibilities.

5.    Leads DSM program planning consistent with the DSM strategic approach to provide customers with valued DSM program offerings. Oversee the development detailed program designs. Balances mix of day—to-day operations and policy with strategic planning, Assures that strategies from high-level management are carried out. Develops medium- to long-term business plans and objectives for the organization, and contributes to the development of departmental business plans and corporate objectives.

6.    Oversee all analysis in support of DSM programs including development of cost benefit analysis in compliance with regulatory direction. Provide expertise in the development and application of program measurement information to assess program performance against key business metrics.

7.    Oversee the development of energy efficiency mechanism. Lead the implementation of mechanism including oversight of all input parameters. Provide technical expertise to future modifications to energy efficiency mechanism

8.    Provides leadership to staff including training and development, and affirmative action. Establishes performance expectations and goals aligned with Company DSM objectives, policies and procedures. Manages resources and budget levels to meet strategic objectives and  projects across the Client portfolio.

9.    Manage the process of identifying, prioritizing and tracking Energy and Sustainability capital projects across the Client portfolio.

10.  Develop and evaluate financial viability of Demand Side Management projects within the portfolio Financial analysis includes an ROI analysis for energy, maintenance and property value enhancements resulting from developed projects; requires prioritizing the investments and making recommendations to proceed with the developed projects.
