BASIC FUNCTION

Ensures complete and accurate entry of all relevant transactional data into TOS and SAP

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Gathers data from operations and inputs them into TOS.

2. Prepares reports and performs other administrative tasks when required.

3. Performs minor repairs on computer hardware.

4. Maintains and acts as custodian of relevant document files.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma/ Certificate preferably a computer-related course

1 year previous experience preferably in a port services or manufacturing company

Average skill in written and spoken English

Understands port safety regulations and procedures

Must be able to relate with all levels of the organization

Physically fit, with excellent eyesight and able to pass full medical examination
