Our Client is seeking candidates with 5+ years of strong experience in Customer Service.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Skill in communicating in person and by telephone with tact and diplomacy.
- Skill in accurately recording and organizing information.
- Skill in performing basic arithmetic calculations.
- Skill in using standard office equipment.
- Skill in processing large quantities of computerized data.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of departmental computer systems.
- Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to assume responsibility for work performed.
- Field inbound calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to and resolve customer questions.
- Research possible solutions to customer issues.
- Enter incoming service and supply requests.
- Follow up with customers when necessary.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Customer Care Manager.
- Recognize and resolve documentation errors
- Assist customers via phone, email and fax with inquiries including: tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and/or invoicing questions
- Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including: filing, data entry and billing
Keyskills
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task through different applications/screens.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle a high stress environment.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- 2+ years of related experience
