Our Client is seeking candidates with 10+ years of strong experience in Bidding & Tendering of Combined Cycle Power Plants.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain the IFQ during the bid period, by qualifying the project strategy and listing all the assumptions and local data to be considered
• Structure the schedule by gap analysis from the reference solution, standard schedule or by the experience capitalized from previous projects;
• Develop the detailed project schedule integrating all the activities groups (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training and external stakeholders)
• Ensure schedule approval from each Product Line each Consortium Partner before bid submission
• Prepare and present the critical path, assumptions and risks linked to the planning for the Planning Review before submission
• Prepare and present documents for Cost Review
• Identify and propose optimization & mitigation costing and scheduling wise
• Ensure the global coherence between costing and scheduling
• Prepare the quotation for Management/Engineering/Test and Commissioning and project common costs by implementing standard costing tool
• Consolidate all Product Line production cost and establish prices
• Integrate Company prices and Consortium Partners prices
• Integrate Company terms of payment and cash, as well as Consortium Partners prices and cash data
• Assist the Bid Manager during negotiation with Consortium Partners up to get the proposal submitted and contract signed
• In charge of maintaining cost data base and have the quick costing tool with all possible accurate data developed/enhanced
• In charge of supervising existing System project scheduler development within MENA region and functionally manage this population

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of related experience
• Previous experience and knowledge of the planning methodology of large infrastructure projects preferred
• Prior knowledge of the Primavera tools preferred
• Experience in the cost estimation of project or industrial products required
• Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in data compiling
• Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
• Must be highly self-motivated
• Managerial skill
