Job Details
Duties & Responsibilities, include, but not limited to, the following:
- To ensure the work specification is completed to allocated deadlines.
- To inspect quality of work daily and assess the overall cleaning standard according to the contract specification.
- To respond immediately to Internal Quality Control Report in co-ordination with Site team and/or the Cleaning General Supervisor
- To check time sheets and material orders against plan.
- To ensure a proper service record of equipment under each area.
- To advise Management of any situation which does not allow the standard of services to be produced.
- To carry out personnel and site administration as instructed.
- To report all accidents, and breakages to site Supervisor
- To issue written instructions to staff.
- To communicate to the next senior level important aspects of customer visits and discussions.
- Assign workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Investigate complaints regarding housekeeping/cleaning service and equipment, and takes corrective Action as per the site Supervisor instruction
- Coordinate work activities among departments.
- Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
- Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
- Take part in the regular training provided by the company Management.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
