Job Details

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Strategy & Management, Budget Consolidation, cash flow management, business analysis, Corporate and financial planning initiatives in Finance and accounts as well as minimal internal audit experience for in-house operational and cost efficiency.
He will be responsible for the planning and implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting etc. He should be well versed with local statutory laws such as VAT and should be well acquainted with Cost Analyses, Financial & Legal Due Diligence, Risk assessment etc.

Duties:-
  • Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, legal, property management, business analysis and negotiations, customer / client relationships, payroll, VAT compliance, etc.
  • Provide insight into what creates the most value for the company by developing analysis for resource allocation and future investments.
  • Oversee all finance, accounting, funds, tax, audit, credit, information systems and supply chain functions.
  • Financial Modeling for shareholders & Management to assist in decision making.
  • Management of Receivables & Payables
  • Liaising with the banks for short & long-term funds requirements.
  • Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement and implement methods for minimising financial risk to the company.
  • Provide strategic execution to enhance revenue growth and leverage available market opportunities.
  • Improving transparency and ensuring a strong, disciplined organization that provides timely and accurate reporting.
  • Review and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company and stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
