Description

Change Management Manager/Adviser is responsible for development of change management structure for organization from strategy to detailed plans and to undertake their implementation and follow up to support the company managers and staff during the organization's transformation into a world class utilities business company. He would direct and manage programs to improve Company’s business performance

Job Details

1.    Developing goals, strategies, policies, action plans, and continuous improvement structures to support staff and managers.

2.    Working with other Company advisers and senior managers to identify areas where specialist change management support is needed.

3.    Supporting the development high level staff and operational performance goals that are mutually compatible and identifying the changes required to align them.

4.    Development of a structure of benefits across all the company stakeholders, together with realization measures and costs, resulting in an overall business case for change.

5.    Programme planning and management for the change.

6.    Overseeing the evolution of corporate policies and systems to support the change process.

7.    Supporting the HR department in developing {mining and support for staff and managers.

8.    Assisting senior management in communicating the benefits of change and developing approaches for securing buy-in from staff and middle management

9.    Providing support, education and twining to staff to build risk awareness within the organization

 

Minimum Requirements

1.    Degree in Business Management with a basic degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering

2.    At least ten years of experience in delivering change in medium-sized or large organizations

3.    Preferred direct experience of change in the utility sector or relevant qualifications or proven case study experience in structured change management methods and business process reengineering.

4.    High level of interpersonal skills, able to interact well from company board level down to that of junior staff.

5.    Understanding and experience of complex systems.

6.    Understanding of the latest regulatory standards for risk management

7.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8.    A high level of proficiency in English and preferably also Arabic.

9.    Good report writing skills.
