Manages and organizes corporate & internal performance indicators as well as aligns departmental performance with corporate plans and strategies. Assists the business units in developing their departmental business plans and other plans where appropriate in liaison with senior managers and departmental staff
1. Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and its related initiatives.
2. Baselines the organization’s KPI’s based on historical data and in coordination with Senior Data Analyst proposes targets for the next years.
3. Tracks and follow up the progress of the company’s strategic initiatives in order to ensure that gaps are addressed and the strategic Priorities / KPI’s can be reached
4. Assist in preparing, on quarterly basis, the company’s Balanced Scorecard, which aggregates all the information developed so far related to the strategy, e.g. Priorities, KPIs, Targets and initiatives.
5. Works closely with the different directorates, divisions and departments to identify their contribution on the company’s strategy and subsequently develop the business units’ strategy map.
6. Ensures that the company’s strategy is properly communicated to the different levels to make sure that business unit and individuals are aligned to the corporate strategy.
7. Assists in linking strategy to operations by ensuring that strategic priorities are aligned to the operational processes.
8. Perform other similar or related duties as and when assigned by the Business Flaming & Development Specialist.
MInimum Requirements
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Additional postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
2. 7 years of experience in analyzing and developing business strategic plans.
3. Very good acquisition of English and Arabic language. Advanced communication skills.
4. Very good interpersonal, organizational, adaptability, planning, and team building skills.
