They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
  • Follow up on Leads
  • Work with Head of Accounting to ensure a smooth onboarding

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting
  • 4+ years in the sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Tax
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in working for Accounting/professional service firm
  • UAE Driving License and car is mandatory.

Salary:
AED 5-8k per month including benefits, and uncapped commission
