Job Details
- Monitor, control and maintain the operations of the BMS system and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults and interruptions to service.
- Should have full understanding of various control parameters of HVAC System
- Sound Technical Knowledge of HVAC, AHU, Heat recovery systems
- Participate in project work including refurbishment of existing building equipment/systems and/or new installations.
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in a building services / facilities management environment with 3 years of relevant experience in BMS systems.
- Experience in building maintenance essential
- Experience operating in a Facilities management environment desirable.
Salary: 1800 AED Per Month
Free Food + Free Accommodation + Yearly Ticket / Vacation.
Candidates on Visit Visa or cancelled Visa who can join immediately in Abu Dhabi preferred
