Responsible to maintain and handle the files, all information and records pertaining to employee’s visa, work permit process, personal files, requirements and other related documentation.
Close liaison with Company’s PRO in regards to immigration process, labor, visa & work permit cancellations and other governmental related issues and new policy.
Ensure coordination of pre-commencement candidate documentation and services in order to maintain contractualised joining dates.
Directly responsible and ensure all visa process stamping, cancellation and other requirements are being met and obtained in a proper adequate time frame.
Provide assistance in Administration concerning sub-contractor manpower and prearrangement of contracts and other related needful information, requirements and deliberation.
Coordinating with sub-contractor invoices, claims, requisition, and other related issues.
Manage & strict compliance thoroughly the process, file, coordination, maintenance, updates, interaction and other related manpower issues and administrative support.
Be permanently updated in all immigration, visa process, penalty and similar related issues.
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, Projects etc)
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc
Assist supervisors in all HR procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc and maintain the team's agenda
Coordinate training sessions and seminars
Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
Support other functions as assigned
Facilitating human resources processes
Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
Answering employee requests and questions
Assisting with new employee hiring processes
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Recruitment Activities
Understanding of general human resources recruitment policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus
