Assists the Operations Manager in all of the administrative requirements of the contract which includes, but not limited to; personnel, records & files maintenance, HO liaison and KPI reports.

 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Maintain all personnel related data files and ensure validity of requirements like, but not limited to; visa, health cards, security pass, license, work permits, etc.

2 Prepares annual leave plan for all staff by coordinating with the different Department Heads.

3 Follows up with Head Office and facilitates the processing of leave requests of Site  employees which include booking of tickets and salary disbursements, etc.

4 Collects all KPI Reports from various departments and submits them to the Site General Manager for review and proper disposition thereof.

5 Acts as the central coordinating person on matters concerning the labour camp, employees’ transportation and other auxiliary services.

6 Prepares Purchase Requisitions for spare parts, services and other consumables and coordinates with suppliers for the timely delivery thereof.

7. Performs other tasks assigned by the Site Operations Manager.

 

Minimum Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree holder of a relevant course;

2. Related experience for 3 years in a multicultural environment preferably in the petrochemicals industry.

3. Excellent skill in written and spoken English

4. Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools

5. Willing to be relocated in Ruwais
