BASIC FUNCTION
Assists the Operations Manager in all of the administrative requirements of the contract which includes, but not limited to; personnel, records & files maintenance, HO liaison and KPI reports.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain all personnel related data files and ensure validity of requirements like, but not limited to; visa, health card, security pass, license, work permits, etc.
Prepares annual leave plan for all staff by coordinating with the different Department Heads.
Follows up with Head Office and facilitates the processing of leave availments of Site employees which include booking of tickets and salary disbursements, etc.
Collects all KPI Reports from various departments and submits them to the Site General Manager for review and proper disposition thereof.
Acts as the central coordinating person on matters concerning the labour camp employees’ transportation and other auxiliary services.
Manages all company-owned vehicles; making sure that preventive maintenance is done, insurance and registration are valid.
Performs other tasks that may be randomly assigned by the Site General Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree holder of a relevant course;
Related experience for 5 years in a multicultural environment in the container terminals administration.
Excellent skills in both written and oral communication.
Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
Willing to be relocated on remote sites
