Reporting Relationship
- Reports to: Assistant Finance Manager (AFM)
- Co-ordinates with: All Team Members
Responsibilities
- Preparation of customer invoices referring approved agreement/contract.
- Recording of customer receipts after taking in to account related bank charges and exchange difference (if any)
- Recording of supplier invoices referring GRN & LPO terms.
- Follow up for overdue collection
- Preparation of bank guarantee application
- Assisting in month-end closing of book of accounts
- Adheres to internal policies and procedures
- Ensures & maintains business integrity
- Adheres to financial and operational deadlines
- Any other assignment as directed by Assistant Finance Manager

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Professional Qualification – ACCA/CA preferred
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred
- Accounting System experience
- Knowledge of ERP software. E.g. EPICOR, Oracle etc.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines
- High level of maturity, well-developed teamwork skills, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
