JOB PURPOSE:
I Report to Chief Officer/Purser for work assignment.
Assist Chief Purser in attending to all VIP guest & passenger until transported to their destination.
Ensure that upon arrival and departure in port keep all passengers on their seats
Prepare Secure gangways
Direct passenger on their assigned seats
Providing high class hospitality in serving snack and beverages, receiving request/food orders from passengers and guest and remembering each guest served order, serving snack/order in highly moderate and professional manner
Must exceed expectations on board and deliver great service 100% of the time, whilst offering a unique taste of United Arab Emirates hospitality - cultured, considerate, warm and generous.
Assist Loading of cargoes
Assist in all maintenance work on deck.
Ensure good housekeeping is maintained on the ship at all time.
Dispose garbage and sewage in line with procedure
Security & Watch keeping duties in port and at sea, as per instruction from C/OFF-SSO.
Report to master ISSO any unusual activities or suspicious person on board.
Familiarize with company safety and quality management system.
Location of lifesaving equipment, firefighting appliances, emergency exit.
The Operating procedures of emergency equipment.
Familiarize and study carefully assigned task written on muster list and shipboard oil.
Emergency Plan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Vessel Operations: To cater all needs of the passenger until transported to their destination & direct passenger on their assigned seats
Monitor the comfort all the time during operation
Assist & support client team in any required off shore marine operation
Activity take part docking & undocking manoeuvre and making fast mooring ropes
Compliance with all operational policies and procedures in accordance with the company standard
Receiving and storing snack and consumables
Receive and store hot/cold snacks and store them in professional manner
Maintain list of consumables and points of re-order passengers receives their snacks and adequate snack/consumables available on board
All passengers satisfied with serving professionalism
Housekeeping
Ensure that all area is maintained to the standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with company standards
Compliance with company standards of housekeeping and hygiene in all area
Maintenance
Assist Chief Officer/Purser in conducting regular maintenance inspection vessel, equipment, ropes and others in all good condition.

Assist loading & unloading of passenger cargoes & consignment
Act as crane operator if necessary

Supplies
Monitor deck supplies, equipment and paint onboard in Maintained & Monitor consumable level to ensure adequate supplies
Training and Development .
Compliance with SMS/ISM
To attend training & seminars in customer service and seafarers safety orientation in order to increase their skills level & capability
Watch Duties
Duties & responsibilities for checking the vessel, conducting fire patrols & maintaining alertness to any unusual occurrences or situation
Scope : Can Handle Multi task/ activities on board the vessel
Authority : Implements all operational activities in accord with operating procedures & instruction
Contextual Factors : Very Conscious Ensuring Safety of all equipment while docking & undocking vessel without incident or delay.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS: Crowd & Crisis Management, SSA Certificate, PSCRB, Fast Rescue Boat, ISM
Awareness, Customer Service Oriented, and Can do Multi Task and others related training & validation of certificate.
EXPERIENCE
2 years in similar exercise/ Experience in Passenger HIGH SPEED CRAFT
SKILLS
Good Communication skills in spoken English
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES
Strong public relation and presentation skills
